RUN/ HIKE LEG:
- Head lamp – (each member needs one in case you have unexpected trouble
toward dusk).
- Extra batteries
- Extra bulb
- Bungee cord with carabineer on each end. (See our race
tips for more details).
- Food and fluids
CANOE LEG:
- Water proof bags or map case so maps don’t get wet.
- Camelback or water bottle. (I suggest a camelback because you can paddle and
drink at the same time)
- Bikes gloves (Just a suggestion).
- Power gel.
- Tie down straps
CLOTHING:
- Extra pair of socks
- Extra cool max shirt
- Bike shorts
- Extra headband
