CUSHION PEAK

Breakaway Sports will be hosting a two person team adventure race at Camp Conrad Weiser / South Mountain YMCA. Unfortunately, there is no lake for canoeing, but we’re making up for it with more special tests than you’ve ever seen. Last year the race included a rifle and archery range and low ropes course. This will be the most memorable and FUN sprint race of the year. The race will be held rain or shine.

Registration: Deadline is April 14^th or when field is full.
Race starts at 9am. (Pre race meeting at 8:15am).

Race limit: Race is limited to the first 50 teams.

Divisions: Coed, male, female and masters (both members 40+).

Race details: (Order of the race will be disclosed on race morning)  7 mile run; 12 mile bike; special challenges like you've never seen before in a sprint race.

Entry fee: $95 per team.

The goods: Embroidered race shirt, t-shirt, plus other goods and hot food at the finish.

Awards: First place team in each division.

2^nd and 3^rd place teams in each division.
(Based on number of teams – 5 and 10 teams per div. respectively).

Support: You will be totally self-sufficient. The course will take you through the transition area between each leg of the race.

Directions: Camp Conrad Weiser: From Reading, take Rte. 422 West for approximately 4 miles to the Sinking Spring Borough Hall. Turn Left at light onto Fritztown Rd. Go approx. 4 ½ miles to Fritztown ( Look for Fritztown Fire Co. on left). Take the next right which is Galen Hall Rd. Follow 2 miles to Cushion Peak Rd. and turn right. Follow to Camp Conrad Weiser on left.
